How to Forward an Email in Microsoft Outlook
Follow these simple steps to forward an email to someone else in Microsoft Outlook.
Step 1: Open Outlook
Click on the Outlook icon on your desktop or from the Start menu to open the application.
Step 2: Go to Your Inbox
In the left-hand menu, click on the Inbox folder to view all your incoming emails.
Step 3: Select the Email You Want to Forward
Click on the email you wish to forward. This will open the email so you can view its contents.
Step 4: Click the "Forward" Button
Once the email is open, find and click the Forward button. This is usually located at the top of the email window, or it may appear as an icon with an arrow pointing to the right.
Step 5: Add the Recipient's Email Address
In the To field, enter the email address of the person you want to forward the email to.
If you want to forward it to multiple people, separate each email address with a comma.
Step 6: Add a Message (Optional)
You can also add a message at the top of the forwarded email. This is optional, but it can help explain why you're forwarding the email.
Step 7: Send the Forwarded Email
Once you've added the recipient's address and any additional message, click the Send button to forward the email.
Step 8: Check the Sent Email (Optional)
If you want to confirm that the email was successfully forwarded, go to your Sent Items folder in Outlook. You will see a copy of the forwarded email there.
